1) эк. неконкурентное предложение (предложение, сделанное при отсутствии других предложений конкурентов)
2) эк. неконкурентоспособное предложение (предложение, значительно уступающее другим предложениям по цене, качеству или другим условиям)
3) фин. неконкурентная заявка (заявка на приобретение новых казначейских векселей, выставляемая мелким инвестором без указания цены; схема предназначена для облегчения участия в аукционах мелких инвесторов; предоставление такой заявки подразумевает, что инвестор согласен на среднюю цену, которая будет указана в результате сопоставления заявок крупных покупателей)
